Churches Together in Sittingbourne exist to...
Encourage Christians from churches across Sittingbourne to work together to see our local communities transformed by the love and Lordship of Jesus Christ...
Before the Watsons family moved to plant Hope Church Sittingbourne back in 2018, we first sought out the blessing, belonging and brotherhood of the local Churches Together in Sittingbourne... we were welcomed with open arms and open hearts!
In the years that have followed we have enjoyed flourishing partnerships & fraternity with many of the local churches. This unity is expressed and evidenced in times of worship, co-labouring in projects & partnerships and times of witnessing to the Lordship of Jesus together in and around our great town! ABOUT CHURCHES TOGETHER IN ENGLAND...With churches drawn from the Anglican, Catholic, Pentecostal, Charismatic, Orthodox and Lutheran traditions, as well as Free Churches, Quakers and others, Churches Together unite one of the broadest range of churches in the whole of Europe.
The vision of Churches Together is to create the space in which fruitful collaboration and mutual understanding can grow, so that we as churches work more closely together in our great task of sharing in God’s mission and making the gospel of Christ known in our nation. Our unifying strapline is: One in Christ Jesus, engaged in God’s mission, empowered by the Spirit. |
One in Christ Jesus, engaged in God’s mission, empowered by the Spirit. |

We are a registered UK charity, members of the Evangelical Alliance and meaningfully partner with Sittingbourne Churches Together. |
Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!
It is like the precious oil on the head, running down on the beard, on the beard of Aaron, running down on the collar of his robes! It is like the dew of Hermon, which falls on the mountains of Zion! For there the Lord has commanded the blessing, life forevermore. Psalm 133 (ESV)
