When & where do you meet?
We gather every Sunday morning to worship King Jesus together at Meadowfield School (ME10 4NL). We meet in the main hall, which is a short walk from the free on-site car park (see site-map for location). We encourage people to arrive from 9:45am onwards to have opportunity to meet one another, get a drink, get settled and to give us opportunity to meet & welcome any visitors and first-timers. We aim to start our morning together with worship at 10am and aim to finish the service by approx. 11:30am, with refreshments after the service. Self-service refreshments are available upon arrival, throughout and after the service. We aim to be off the school site by 12:20pm. Free on-site parking There is a free on-site car park, the entrance is accessed via the gated entrance on Swanstree Avenue from the Canterbury Road end (see site map). The exit to the car park is via automatic gates (opposite the main school reception) which open inwards automatically as you approach them by car. What should I expect? We usually have a combination of sung worship, prayer & Spirit inspired contributions, shared communion and exploring a biblical theme or topic. We have additional social time after the morning service for making new friends and meeting old ones over a hot or cold drink (often with tasty cake!). We currently welcome approx. 50 people of all ages and backgrounds most weeks. The church has a great multicultural feel and it’s a relational and casual environment suitable for all the family. What about children? We recently launched Hope Kids (our provision for those aged 4yrs-11yrs) which runs every Sunday, with the children going out at approximately 10:45am for specific times of worship, teaching and craft together with our dedicated Hope Kids team. On the first Sunday of each month we are all-in together in the main meeting. We also sometimes have additional all-together Sundays during school holidays. We ask that all parents/carers/guardians remain directly responsible for any young people in their care during the main meeting. Accessibility The main hall is on the ground floor. There is an adjacent ramped entrance to the hall for those with buggies or who require wheelchair access. Male and female washroom facilities are located through the corridor to the front of the main hall. Giving / Tithing We encourage the church to give joyfully, consistently, proportionally and generously in-line with the Bibles teaching, but we also recognise giving as a personal act of faith and worship, there is no pressure or demand made for people to give. Giving can be done in a number of ways, such as in-person on Sundays, online or via a regular standing order from your bank. More info on giving can be found on our GIVING page. Please note:

We believe that the church is a family of people together on a mission, and far more than just a Sunday event. The church we see in the New Testament is a community that observably loves Jesus, loves one another, and intentionally makes the Good News of Jesus the King (and His Kingdom) known in their everyday world. With this in mind we meet fortnightly HOUSEHOLDS across Sittingbourne to grow in our faith together and to make Jesus known. |

Throughout each month we pray specifically and strategically for Sittingbourne & beyond at our Breakthrough Prayer evenings. These times of prayer are usually hosted on Sunday evenings in local homes. We also host weekly Early Morning online prayer meetings on a Tuesday, as well as Encounter evenings at other impromptu times. Dates for these can be found on our church calendar.

All of our funding is generated directly through the generosity of our local church community (we don't have any external funding sources such as denominational grants).

Our finances are independently audited annually and are available publicly. The resources entrusted to us are faithfully stewarded by an excellent team of trustees who diligently serve in supporting the ongoing vision of our leadership team.
